Organizational justice, the perception that individuals acquire by judging their fair treatment by the organization, is an important organizational effect variable, and it will have a series of influences on individuals' psychology and behaviors. Of all the variables that organizational justice affects individuals, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention are the most important effect variables. They affect not only the individuals' attitudes to their work, but also the individuals' commitment and loyalty to their organization, and these will affect the employee' job performance and the organizational performance.Nowadays, it is a common phenomenon that the employees in the state-owned enterprises of our country have a lower job satisfaction and organizational commitment but a higher turnover intention. Therefore, taking the railway employees as the object, this paper conducts the research on the organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention of railway employees with substantial evidences. The specific context of this paper as follows:1. The existing documents have been surveyed and summarized with a discovery of useful achievements, as well as some insufficiencies, on the basis of which the presuppositions of the paper are proposed, namely, the influence of railway employee organization fair sense for working satisfactory degree and organization promise, and the intermediary role of the working satisfactory degree and organization promise in the influence organization fair for leave job. According to research conception, some questions are raised, and the assumption of the research proposed accordingly, as well as the selection of the study tool and the research sample, which forms the design of research.2. The data of the research are collected through questionnaires, which is a process of pre-investigating, checking and revising the research tool, and getting the data needed by research through formal investigation.3.
