The college-graduate village official is full of significance of the strategic plan that is made by the Chinese government to solve the problems in the graduates’ employment. It has made a certain influence since the plan of ‘Village officials of one undergraduate in one village’ was carried out in 2008. The policy brought new ideas for the new rural construction of our country and enriched the rural grassroots cadres of China. But there exists some problems in the practice of the policy so that the college-graduate village officials don’t want to stay in the position any more both in their periods or not.The organizational commitment is like a invisible psychological contract Between college student village official and the unit. How to use the contract properly to encourage and retain the college student village official is what the management must face. By reviewing and analyzing the related research findings, many scholars link the organizational commitment with the employee turnover together that they thought that the organizational commitment is the psychological contract of college student village official which can describe the work attitude of the stuff that can be used to predict the employee’s turnover intention.This article take the college student village official as object of study, analyze the turnover intention from the perspective of the organizational commitment. Firstly, with the analysis of the literature, the article established the influence framework of the organizational commitment to the turnover intention with the questionnaire survey. Then analyze the data of the current situation and difference. After that the factor analysis and variance analysis would be used to accomplish the study with the scale of test reliability and validity. At last, the conclusion of the influence of the organizational commitment to the turnover intention and the corresponding management measures would be made by using statistical methods such as correlation analysis and regression analysis to give advice to reduce the turnover intention.
