It is to cooperate with each other in one kind of rival forms between members to organize, this kind of form is because the resource is limited, this kind of relation that cooperate as well as competes for must cause the existence of the political behavior . According to the organizational behavior theory, the behaviors of all of people are as the foundation to the realistic consciousness with them, and people's consciousness is that they feel the course of the impression to the meaning and explanation given in the environment. The political behavior of this kind of organization existing extensively will influence people's consciousness to environment of organizing, and then influence their behavior, exert an influence on the result of organizing finally. Then, in the enterprise run by the local people, how is people's consciousness to the political behavior of this kind of organization? What characteristics are there? Which kind of relation will it and organize the result to produce through the behavior? Is the staff's organization political consciousness level to contribute to improving the result of organizing or reducing the result of organizing? This text will centre on above-mentioned problems and theoretical foundation , will propose studying and suppose and analysing the frame , discuss the relationships between perceptions of organizational politics and organizing result.This research adopts the investigation method of the questionnaire, regard an enterprise run by the local people in ShenZhen as the research object, investigate the relationships between perceptions of organizational politics and organizing result. Through analysing relevantly , the result shows between two variable: It is correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment, making a variation amount of the explanation that can be better too; With shoulder relevant remarkable by working performance, is it make a variation quantity to be strong to explain.
