| Based on a detailed review of the literature on perceived organizational support,emotional exhaustion,emotional commitment and turnover intention,this paper establishes a theoretical model of the relationship between perceived organizational support,emotional exhaustion,emotional commitment and turnover intention,and empirically tests the theoretical model with the first-hand data from the market supervision bureau of zone a.The results show that the government’s incentive policies have a positive impact on the work attitude of the grass-roots young civil servants under market supervision,while the sense of organizational support indirectly affects the turnover intention.Emotional exhaustion and emotional commitment play a mediating role in the influence of organizational support on turnover intention.Emotional exhaustion has direct and indirect effects on turnover intention,and emotional commitment can directly affect turnover intention 。 Based on the above results,the paper discusses the enlightenment and suggestions of stabilizing the market supervision of the grass-roots young civil servants. |
