Tour-guide is the important human resources in tourist industry.Training is one of the main approaches of investment of human capital.And training also is one of the main parts of tour-guide human resourcesmanagement. Study the training problems of tour-guide human resourcescan drive the combination of human capital theory and tour-guidemanagement. It also can carry out the systematize, stylization andstandardization of tour-guide service in China. So it has significance bothin theory & practice. But the study achievements are few at the present.After around 10 years of innovation development, the training of humanresources is getting popular in Chinese tour-guide industry. More andmore companies appeared and the numbers of trainees are getting bigger.However, there are still a lot of problems in training such as the poorpositivity, lowness of training levels, incorrect training contents andunreasonable training system etc. Training can help Tourist Corporationto increase capital, present the positive function of tour-guide service andspeed the development of tourism industry and corporations. Sincetraining is essential, we should have correct objectives and enhance thetraining of tour-guide human resources on diathesis, operation andmorality, which should be according to the particularity of tour-guide.
