The Xac Human Resources Development And Management Research

With the development of China's reform and opening polity to the outside, all the enterprises are facing to the market inside and outside China. In order to survive an enterprise has to have a strong capability to continuously operate while the world is entering the age of knowledge. Human resource is playing a leading role in the operation of an enterprise. Therefore the study on the enterprise human resource development and management is one of the important subjects in the enterprise management.Based on the author's 30 years work experience in employees' education and management and with the application of the theory of "Human being is the center in the modern management", human resource management theory, the organization theory, the human resource development and management in Xi'an Aircraft Company has been researched. The system for the development and management of human resource and the mode for the structure adjustment of enterprise owned college and resource allocation have been developed. Through on-site investigation the status of human resource in Xi'an Aircraft Company has been analyzed and the number of professionals need in four years has been forecast and analyzed by using A-Marlkov chain forecasting method. The strategy and measurements for the employment and improvement of the worker's skills have been given in accordance with the A-H-Maslo demanding theory in order to improve the human resource development and management in Xi'an Aircraft Company.
