At the beginning of 21 century, we step into the knowledge economy era. The human resource management (for short HRM), which is one of the important parts for enterprise strategy, is the chiefly guarantee to achieve the goals of enterprise, and it plays a critical role in increasing the profit and competitive power of enterprise.Combining the deep investigation on the current situation of the HRM in the Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co. Ltd (for short SWA), the article emphasizes on the key technology of HRM for the following issues: the performance appraisal, the payment management, the training system, and construction the HRM pattern adapting to the SWA. In the study of the pattern of the performance appraisal, the performance appraisal is discussed from the viewpoint of the performance management. In this article, the manager performance appraisal is analyzed and the appraisal model of the task and behavior is put forward. A scientific, objective and justicial performance appraisal system is established.In the study of payment management, it is analyze the economic responsibility distribution system of the task linking with wage. This system extremely arouses the enthusiasm of work in the whole enterprise and achieves the best economic benefit through the check combining stimulation with restriction.In the study of training pattern, at first, the systematic training idea is advanced; second, it has formed the detailed training plan in order to enhance the technical skill of the employee. Furthermore, this article makes a general layout of HRM information system for SWA.The productions of HRM key technology studied in this article have been applied to SWA, which are very helpful for the enterprise constructing modern HRM system and strengthen market competitive power of SWA.
