Abstract: The study of Enterprise Aesthetic Culture is a product of the promotion of development of Enterprise and Aesthetic Culture, and it is also an ultimate tendency to aesthetic transformation. At present, the construction of Enterprise Culture walks with great difficult in China. Most enterprises pay attention to their economical efficiency and cultural presentation and ignore the connotation of, construction of Enterprise Culture. This makes the connotation of Enterprise Aesthetic Culture became more and more imperative. The study on construction of the Enterprise Aesthetic Culture must distinguish the conception of Enterprise Culture, Aesthetic Culture and Enterprise Aesthetic Culture. The study also must make clear the relationship of them. The Enterprise Aesthetic Culture has some features such as transcendence, creativeness, presentness, enjoyment and conformity. The deposition of Enterprise Aesthetic Culture, refining of the View of Value, Enterprise Ethic, the aesthetic education of the body of Enterprise Aesthetic Culture consist the core of Enterprise Aesthetic Culture. It plays an important role for an enterprise to construct the enterprise culture in terms of beauty rules. The enterprise must construct its aesthetic culture centering on these key steps.
