During the process of the establishment of the socialism market economy system inour country, marketing analysis is the fresh task confronted with the enterprises.This paper researches theories and methods of marketing analysis for enterprises.Firstly we demonstrate the importance and urgency of marketing analysis, then summarypresent research and point out the shortcoming. Secondly the definition of marketinganalysis and its correlation with approximate idea is given. On the basis of market keyelement, we establish the theory frame of marketing analysis.The economic, psychological and the sociological base are discussed. Strictly discussis put on the content, include the demand and demanders, the supply and suppliers, theproducts, the structure of the market and the market environment. The methods are given toeach part.Finally Shide group, which is the representative of the plastic doors and windowsenterprises, is taken as an example to give an actual research to the theory frame.
