Study On Issue Of Rural Land Transfer

With the transfer of our country's economic system ,market become the basic method of recourse assigning .at the same time ,lots of rural labor coming out of agricultural as the developing of other industry and the flowing of rural labor .all these push on the rural land transfer .but it become a important topic for discussion that how to assign the land resource by market system . In the paper, I studied the meaning, classify, basic theory, affecting factor price and problem of rural land transfer. I classified the rural land transfer into inter transfer and outer transfer on that if it change the usage of rural land, on this bases I discuss the meaning and form of these two sorts; I expatiate the theory of land transfer; I take ZeZhou County of ShanXi Province for example studied the problem and ingredient which affect land transfer; I think that inter transfer price equal include economic price and social price, while outer transfer price include economic price, social price and zoological price; I put forward the calculating method of these two price, and take ZoZhou County for example; in the end, I pose some advice on how to accelerate rural land transfer.
