With the enhancement of intellectual capital in the process of value creation, human resource is becoming the first element instead of the traditional capital. And people have also recognized the importance of human resource management. Meanwhile, the HRM is in a dilemma: in the one hand, HRM is becoming more important for the organization; on the other hand, more and more traditional function of HRM has been outsourced. These two conflicting sides arouse the research on the human resource outsourcing.The previous research on human resource outsourcing mainly focuses on the analysis of the strength and weakness, and the introduction of application of human resource outsourcing. This thesis gives some analysis of human resource outsourcing from the aspect of core competence and benefit/cost, and provides a model for the decision of human resource outsourcing, based on the previous research. I hope the research in this thesis can do some good for human resource outsourcing.
