| Generally, Employee Satisfaction is influenced by individual personality and working traits, but there is much study on working traits and Employee Satisfaction at present, and there is little research of personality and Employee Satisfaction. Because character is the key composition of the people's personality, and it is the character in the ordinary meaning too. So, the study of Employee Satisfaction based on character has realistic meaning.On the assumption that different character lead to different Employee Satisfaction degree, this paper designs a questionnaire and makes two test in larger fields. The results of analysis show that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are higher, and character has effect on Employee Satisfaction. Then, the theoretical model and mathematical model of Employee Satisfaction are created. In forth section, the author taking TX Company as a example analyzes and verifies the results in this text. At last, this text put forward " character / satisfaction management" matrix and some management measures.The outcomes of the text are as follows:(1) Verifying individual character has effect on Employee Satisfaction. Introversion employee's satisfaction is higher than Extroversion employees'. The satisfaction degree on the Working Environment and Interpersonal Relationships of people owned different character has remarkable dissimilarity.(2) Constructing the theoretical model of Employee Satisfaction based on character. Employee's different characters lead to difference in their values, their way of thinking, their demands and expectation, and the result is they have different opinion in weightiness of many factors, for instance, environment, other treatments, performance and promotion.(3) Establishing the mathematical model of Employee satisfaction based on character. Generally speaking, when many organizations analyze the level of Employee satisfaction, they don't differentiate the Introversion from the Extroversion. And analyzing Employee satisfaction from overall level is more effective than from individual level. So, the paper established the weights of factors and calculating method based on the theoretical model.(4) Finally, this text put forward " character / satisfaction management" matrix, and divide the employee into the transition or sensitive state crowd, stable state crowd and precarious position crowd according to their satisfaction. And the author has put forward corresponding management measures according to individual character. |
