At present, there has been increasing development for the tourism in world, which shows the trend of internationalization, various demanding and ecology. China is one of big country in tourist resources, which have superiority for tourism with varies, abundance and prominence. Although, tourism is in coincidence with environment conservation, but protection of tourist resources has many problems. With the rapid development of tourism, the negative effects of environment and resource become obvious, which has already destroyed the tourist resources and polluted tourist environment seriously, and threaten the sustainable utilization of tourism resources.According to the theory of sustainable development, this article has a research in the present conditions and problems of protecting tourist resources. It points out that we should regard sustainable tourism as tourism' s aim, and this aim means all-round sustainable development in reality. Meanwhile, we should follow four basic principles: priority, science, economy and integration, to build the sustainable resource protection system. Through utilizing and protect network analysis of the course to the development of resources of the travel, Sustainable tourist resources of protection system should include mainly several contents: which are namely the system of appraise tourist resource, development project of tourist resource, the protection of resource management and the environmental protection. These five stature systems have included some specific stipulation, such as checking the tourist resources periodically, resignation property right tourist resources, etc. These specific institutions cooperate and supplement each other, and form a harmony system.
