Study On BeiJing Freeway Toll Mode

According to the traffic observation which was carried out on the spots of Badaling freeway, Jingkai freeway and Jingshi freeway, this paper analyzed status of utilizable road resource and traffic flow ability of toll stations in Beijing. In conclusion :most time of a day, minor roads are over working and mainlines toll stations have low rate in using, yet most toll stations are with sound traffic flow. For existence of toll stations, the public are not able to take full advantage of the freeway network. Referring to all management modes of toll home and abroad, the paper brings forward a toll project--uniform collection project which is adaptable to toll status quo of Beijing in order to deal with above issues. Based on present possession of automobile and in consideration of future development, this paper forecasts toll standards by means of scientific calculation. In addition to that it offers concrete advices on toll management in order to implement the project. In assessment of financial target, country economy, circumstance effect and social benefit the project has proved to be applicable.
