With the further reforming, enterprise competition is becoming more intense. As for it, Enterprise need pay attention to asset operation and set up some indexes to measure it.The dissertation has confirmed the concept for asset operation measuring system and the difference with other performance measuring; hereinbefore all are the theoretical basic; Secondly, this paper tries to seek for the method of asset operation measuring by studying corporate performance measuring to make a practical base of the asset operation measuring system for the research on the field of theory and practice is less; thirdly, the paper shows the inevitability of setting up the asset operation measuring system and from financial and non-financial indexes establishes asset operation appraisement system. At last, the paper analyses financial dates about some plc with main composition analysis, a statistical means in order to measure the asset operation performance, and contrast the consult with the uppermost index which measures corporate performance, make sure the aim and significance of the asset operation performance.
