The New Angle Of View On Ideological And Moral Construction Of City Community In Transitional Society

Ideological and moral construction of city community has always being highly regarded by Chinese Communist Party(CCP). In transitional society, with the development of market economy and city modernization, the emphasis of city administration began to turn to city community .It leads to city community to be more and more important . Besides, the function of city community and the citizen member are more and more complicated. All of these tell us that it is very necessary and important to strengthen ideological and moral construction of city community . In the first part of paper, it analyzes the meaning of community, the feature of city community . Then the paper discusses this problem that the transitional society has influence on city community . On the base of this , in the second part of paper it expounds the function of ideological and moral construction in city community ,the transitional society made notable impacts on ideological and moral construction of city community. Then it arrives in an conclusion that the government should pay more attentions to the ideological and moral construction of city community in transitional society .In the third part of paper, it discusses how to innovate when we strengthen the ideological and moral construction of city community. It mainly expounds four problems. The first one is about the object of ideological and moral construction of city community; the second one is about the innovation of the contents of ideological and moral education in city community; the third one is about the mechanism of ideological and moral construction in city community; the last one is about the ways and channels of ideological and moral construction in city community.
