Research On Planning Of Xiang Lujiao Commercial Logistics Park In Dalian

With the construction of North-East Asia international shipping center in Dalian, the volume of goods becomes much more, the old and traditional transportation couldn't satisfy the demand of modern economy development; therefore, it is imperative under the situation to construct logistics parks and centers. In this paper, it goes deep into research on the theories of planning commercial logistics park, and pay much attention to the concept , types , function , effect and the main difference between logistics park and center. Then I advance the principle for constructing Xiang Lujiao commercial logistics park.Meantime, this program review the social economy and foreign trade actuality in Dalian, which combined the natural conditions and industry status in Xiang Lujiao; with the foundation of local and hinterland supply of goods , transportation , some related logistics industry status and the tendency of trade and economy. Under the base of volume of highway and shipping for the past ten or twenty years in Dalian, integrated quantity of different goods in various industry ,then carry through analyzing and forecasting on the logistics market; secondly, I point out the important signification for construct this park.In the process of founding such park in Xigang district in Dalian, local government and enterprises should confirm its functions and construct related foundations; rank this park as regional center. Therefore make the difference among transportation , warehousing and distributing etc; brought forward the scale and implement blue print of the park, made corresponding National economic estimate and advance the development countermeasure.
