Study Of Issues Rising From International Law Services Under WTO

The thesis for the bachelor discusses an issue of law-service trade , combining the terrain in economy and law after we coming into WTO .Obviously, WTO will influence law service trade deeply in China . The thesis exposes the matters of law in law-service trade, comparing the situation before we coming into WTO with after, and the situation in China with in other countries. Analyzed problems in law-service trade , such as the character of law-service trade , normative management of trade , the employed and consumer purchasing power, etc, the thesis explains these questions and then tells us how to improve this industry . In the end of the thesis , it gives some advice to basic legislation of law-service trade , especially to 《 Solicitor' s Act of the People' s Republic of China 》 .The thesis will be helpful for the development of law-service trade , be helpful for settlement of disputes which come from free and open competition in law-service trade between our country' s and foreign countries' and be helpful for completing legal system in law-service trade .
