Research On The Achievement Motivation & Attribution Of Primary Level Leader

The achievement motivation is an important social motivation. It has great impetuses to peoples working and studying. Consider from the individual, the achievement motivation is the important quality of the social life of adaptation which a person forms gradually in the socialized course. It is modern's main desire and psychological mechanism that can encourage the self- fulfillment and enterprising spirit. It is also the key factor that determines whether a person's undertaking succeeds or not.This research mainly carry on the measurement of achievement motivation and the attribution of 411 primary level leader in Wuxi, Shizuishan and Lingshi. It will offer the theoretical foundation to the further investigation of the achievement motivation of the primary level leader for the afterwards. And it can also offer certain practice basis for the selection of civil servant, publicly choosing of the leading cadre, training of the leading cadre and adjusting oneself of cadre's psychological healthy.Through the positive research, I have carried on research on following respects:(1)Working out the attribution questionnaire for the primary level leader according to supposing. After analyzing the data, I have drawn seven factors that influence the attribution, they are: Luck, Interpersonal Supporting, Individual is diligent, Physique, Difficulty of the task, Staffing and fund, Ability to work.(2) Carry on the questionnaire investigation of 411 primary level leader in Wuxi, Shizuishan and Lingshi by using AMS and questionnaire for the primary level leader mentioned above. And draw the result that there are differences between the ages, administrative rank and area.(3) Carry on the regression analysis, find there is relevant relations between on the achievement motivation and attribution of the primary level leader.
