The studying object of my thesis is just according to the company I served, QiHong Municipal Company, analyzing the problem of municipal engineering quality management, bring up the countermeasure of solving the problem with advanced manage idea and theory.This paper has introduced quality management actualities of QiHong Municipal Company, introducing QiHong Municipal Company and its engineering quality instance, the courses of management standardization and results. By analyzing the influence factor of municipal quality management, cost of quality and the results of management standardization, combined with the basic theory and new ideas of management, table the quality upswing tactics for QiHong Municipal Company, states that to actualize the international standard, the way that fit a company would be taken, availability track of quality upswing is quested for gradually, and advancing management theory is combined with practice, to innovate boldness, practice bravely, only by this way, can the enterprise continuously improve the ability of exist and development.
