With the establishment and improvement of socialism marketing economy system, the quality certification grows rapidly and is playing more and more important role in social and economic activities. At the same time, it's clearly noticed that in terms of the efficient operation of quality certification various problems and defects, which have restricted the further development, urgently need to be solved.
