Historical Research On Constructing Harbin Institute Of Military Engineering With The Aids Of Soviet Union

In the 1950s, in order to expand its influence on the socialistic countries and the third world countries in politics, economy, military and culture and education, the Soviet Union dispatched a great of advisors, experts to those areas. China widely accepted the aids of Soviet Union of which is the largest scale, longest time, broadest domain, and profoundest affects.Predecessor of the National University of Defense Technology - Harbin Institute of Military Engineering was the first military institution specifically founded to train the advanced military project technician after Liberation and also the successful model of the Soviet Union's aid to Chinese military technology education.
