Research On Moral Education Of Harbin Military Engineering Institute Culture

Marx concept--“Educating people with culture” says,elative to people,culture has motility and can mold human beings.Culture transmits its elements to the people being all out.When they grow old,these people will form the spirit orientation in agreement with culture,which is the role of culture educating people.Harbin Military Engineering Institute culture that Military Engineering Academy of PLA,namely Harbin Military Engineering Institute(hereafter referred to as a HMEI)formed in its university-running procedure is the monumental culture in our country higher education history.Researching and utilizing the moral education value of HEMI culture is of realistic significance to reform and innovate the measure and method of moral education,and to meet the needs of moral educational subjects.This thesis summarizes historical status and contribution of HMEI,analyzes historical background,ideological basis,cultural source,core elements,gets the constitutes and overall framework of HMEI culture with the improved Delphi method,and discusses the connotation of HMEI culture.Based on the systematic study about HMEI culture,it discusses the moral education value of HMEI culture.First,the thesis discusses the superiority and connotation of moral education value,and the mechanism of moral education,and lists the moral education advantages that HMEI culture manifests in the loyalty to country,the tradition of treasuring ideological and political work,and so on.According to the constitution of the five first subsystems,the thesis respectively discusses the mechanism of moral education of HMEI culture,and the connotation of the moral education value in the guidance,spirit molding,cohesion and encouragement,behavioral constraint.Second,the thesis discusses the moral education value expression of HMEI culture in enriching moral contents,deepening moral ways,optimizing moral environment.Last,aiming at the imperfections and causes of the promotion and development ofmoral education value of HMEI culture,the thesis puts forward the following principles and disciplines.Tightly around teaching,the thesis puts forward the strategies to promote and develop the moral education value of HMEI culture,including doing the specific research on the HMEI culture,precisely identifying culture teaching as the pointcut,deeply promoting HMEI culture,seizing initiative in molding our spirit,integrating HMEI spirit and academic resources,excavating the elements of system and behavior culture to realize the multi-level education and constraints,building the carrier bearing the HMEI material culture to find out the point with the moral practical education.
