With the market economy constant completion and promotion of every the last process of accession to the WTO of our country, the opening gradually of every profession and trade door, the competitions of enterprises are aggravated day by day, the complexity and uncertainty of the environment of an enterprise are increasing constantly either, more and more enterprises have already realized soberly that manage the importance which deal with the challenge through improving. So strengthen performance management of enterprise, fine encouragement and raise ability of staff in order to raise performance of enterprise is the inevitable choice of enterprise. As one central part of the enterprise, salesmen's performance management is the key research object of the business administration. This thesis is on the basis of analyzing the current situation of domestic and international performance management and development trend, the actual conditions of combining TBMD Company have carried on deep research: Have analyzed to current situation and existing problem of TBMD Company at first; Direct against one's own situation, TBMD Company is it solve performance office procedure of problem these to propose, namely 360-degrees feedback are checked and rate and key performance index (KPI ), check and rate design and implementation of method consider examination , staff of professional skills check and rate to key index of operations objective enterprise care about at the same time in these, not only consider enterprise realization of operations objective but also consider long-term development and career development of staff at the same time; Carried on detailed exposition to the measure that is taken while implementing the management system of the performance and item that should notice finally, have established the foundation for the smooth implementation of the performance management system in TBMD company; There is obvious improvement through the performance of implementation enterprises of the management system of above-mentioned performances in TBMD Company, this has fully confirmed the rationality of this set of systems too. Strengthen salesmen management, improve sales force performance not to is it influence key factor enterprise of success or failure to become already, only use the fair and reasonable performance management system to encourage the staff to advance along the road which enterprises expect. Implementation, performance management system cannot examine the result only, it should circulation run through to the whole course of management well.
