Study On The Development Of County Economy In Xinjiang

County economy is one of the important parts of regional economy, occupying a fundamental place in the national economy. The rapid development of county economy is the key to eliminate dualistic configuration between town and village and to solve problem of "agriculture, farmer, country" and to realize industrialization, modernization of our nation. In recent years, The total quantity and competition ability of county economy in Xinjiang is on the increase. However, in general, most of county economy in Xinjiang are traditional farming or stocking-raising period, developing slowly and existing a large distance compared with developed region. Therefore, how to develop county economy and to accelerate the modernization of the Xinjiang's economy is an urgent and serious problem. On the ground of analysis of present situation of Xinjiang county, constituting evaluation indexes of integrative strength, adopting factor analysis, the thesis find the main factors of the development of county economy of Xinjiang and give comprehensive rank of eighty-five counties of Xinjiang. Through cluster analysis, the thesis rank eighty-five counties of Xinjiang, summarize the fundamental characters, analyze the existing problems and the restriction factors. On the basis of successful experience of Suna model, Zhujiang model, Wenzhou model, combining advantages of the resource and region, have put forward the development model of the county economy and suggestion of development model of eighty-five counties of Xinjiang. Finally, aiming at the problem and restriction factor of county economy of Xinjiang, put forward cluster of industry as a new method county economy of Xinjiang, urbanization, industrialization, system innovation etc as countermeasure of county economy in Xinjiang.
