Study On The Problem Of Developing And Strengthening County Economy Of Helingeer

County is the fundamental cell in a region and study to county economic is one of the branches of the regional economic field. Therefore, county economy complies with the rules of regional economy and the obtained mature researches also have paved the way for the study of county economy. Presently in China, county economy counts for a big proportion in national economy. According statistics, 108 millions people live in the county, which counts for more than 85 percent of the whole population. Now, in Inner Mongolia, Helingeer county economy is a successful example that a model of the integration of theory and practice. That is developing from a poor agricultural county to a quick-developing industry county. So there are many experience and problem that is important to study and practice in future. Therefore, the author select to this problem to study and analysis. According to county economic present development situation in Helingeer, in this paper, the author deduces to successful experiences and analyze the breaches of county economic development ----adjusting the structure of industry .In the same times, She also analyzes Helingeer's agricultural industrialization, industrialization and urbanization, and set up gray-forecasting model. On the basis of the existing problem, she suggests several games.
