The empirical research concerning about the interest demand of the corestakeholders and its realizing ways in Jiuhua Mountain beauty spot, not only canenhance the management level of the spot itself, but also can be used for referenceand suggestions to the research and management of other sight spots to someextent. By using various researching methods integratively, such as questionnaire-investigation, on-the–spot-interview, statistics-analysis, we distinguish the corestakeholders from throngs of stakeholders and systematically study their interestdemand and the realizing ways. Based on this, we set forth the basic principle formanagement of the stakeholders, furthermore, we primarily plan a governancepattern for Jiuhua Mountain beauty spot.Our main conclusions are listed below: Bythe marks from those experts, we ascertain that the core stakeholders are staff,residents/ venders, tourists and Buddhists.By using the methods of Principal Component Analysis, Paired-Samples TTest, Analysis of Variances and Descriptive Statistics, we conclude that: everygroup of the core stakeholders has special interest demand and realizingways ,and their arranging orders are different. Furthermore, under differentindependent variable, there are the difference of salience and extreme salience.The interest demand and its realizing ways of the staff show the followingfeatures: There are 5 major demands of them: income demand, experienceaccumulation, management involvement,identity attaching,personnel capital andinterpersonal relationships.And the importance of the above 5 demands are thoughtto increase one by one. The result of differentia comparative analytical methodshows that staff in different ages have obvious different views on managementinvolvement; while in different education level ones have greatly different viewson identity attaching; staff in different departments have totally different views onpersonnel capital ,interpersonal relationships demand and income demand. Theyrank the following 4 kinds of demand-realizing ways according to their importance(from the most important to the least one): Rely on law, involve inmanagement,rely on worker's conference and communicate with spot officials.The stakeholders and its realizing ways of the residents/venders show thefollowing features: There are 5 major demands of them: management involvement,culture education,economy promotion, improving its status and strengtheningenvironment protect. And the importance of the above 5 demands are thought toincrease one by one. The result of differentia comparative analytical method showsthat residents/venders in different education level have obvious different views.They rank the following 6 kinds of demand-realizing ways according to theirimportance ( from the most important to the least one): rely on law communicatewith spot officials, media supervision,rely on government, rely on collective andinvolve in management.Tourists'interest demands show the following features: There are 4 majordemands of them: proper price, tour service, Buddhism culture and Inner Quality.And the importance of above 4 demands are thought to increase one by one. Theresult of differentia comparative analytical method shows that tourists in differentages have obvious different views on inside management while those withdifferent purposes have totally different views on standardized quality. They rankthe following 5 kinds of demand-realizing ways according to their importance( from the most important to the least one): Rely on law, rely on media, rely on theassociation of consumers ,rely on spot officials and communicate with spotofficials.The interest demands of Buddhist show the following features: there are 6major demands of them: promoting their economic status, improving publicsecurity, recognition of spot itself, improving spot economy, strengtheningenvironment protect and popularizing Buddhism.
