Research On Enterprise Learning System Building, Mode And Mechanism For Prompting Learning Capability

Core Competencies of the Enterprise are collective knowledge in the organization, especially how to coordinate diverse production skills and integrate multiple streams of technologies (C.K.Prahalad,1990). An only way of obtaining knowledge is learning and more have been written on the theories of learning currently (Polanyi,1966; Argyris,1978;Nonaka, 1991; Huber,1991), but those are too abstract (Peter M. Senge,1990). Based on the research progress both in China and abroad, this paper propose Enterprise Learning System (ELS) for prompting Learning Capability (LC) considering the new circumstance of knowledge-based economy and management of corporations, and provide the theories and countermeasure for promoting the sustainable competence advantage.Firstly, this paper analyze the essence of enterprise learning and the necessity of learning by Enterprise Learning System (ELS) in theory and fulfillment, and give the definition, types and characteristics of Enterprise Learning System.
