In the 21th century, the Auto Manufacturing faces tremendous competition.With the broad application of internet and information technology, electroniccommerce has been the effective mode for enterprise to adapt itself to marketcompetition. To reform the abuse of procurement supply chain by means ofinformation technology, lots of large auto enterprises integrate their procurementsupply chain and electronic commerce. However, information technology is justone of necessary conditions. The application result indicates that electroniccommerce must depend on the integration of business process and informationtechnology to exert its potential. Business process re-engineering is the essentialway to implement electronic commerce. The characteristics of procurementbusiness, procurement business modeling, and procurement business simulationare studied in this paper.In this paper, based on domestic and foreign status in auto manufacturing, thecharacteristics of procurement business is analyzed and perfect development modeof electronic commerce in auto manufacturing is put forward. By contrast, Petrinet is chosen as the modeling tool, and also enterprise business model is promotedaiming at the trait of business process modeling. Then take FAW-VW as example,modeling procurement process, simulating Collaborative Parts Delivering Process,and analyzing the result to diagnose the process. Based on these result, a newbusiness process is put forward.Based on the application status of electronic commerce in domestic andforeign auto manufacturing, the type of electronic commerce, the trait of B2Belectronic commerce, and the trait of business process in B2B are studied. Thenthis paper puts forward perfect development mode of electronic commerce in automanufacturing, and analyzes procurement business of auto manufacturing basedon time cycle and cost.To reform the abuse of procurement supply chain by integrating theirprocurement supply chain and electronic commerce, the full integration ofbusiness process and information technology is a precondition. Business processre-engineering is the essential way.Business process modeling is the first step to diagnose process, so this paperadvances the method to model business process with Petri net. Based on thecomparing several current methods for business process modeling, Petri net ischosen as the tool to model business process for BPR. Considering thecharacteristics of business process, based on the basic Petri net theory andadvanced Petri net theory, a enterprise business model is defined, that is ∑= (P, T;F, A, M0). In this model, corresponding to variant as time cycle and cost, attributeis added to Petri net to extend its capability in process modeling and analysis.Taking enterprise business model defined above as base, firstly this paperintroduces modeling step, then puts forward three points of model correctness,namely Reachability, Conflict and Deadlock. Taking FAW-VW as example,procurement business models are established, that is Forward Sourcing Processmodel, Production Preparative Tracking Process model, and Collaborative PartsDelivering Process model.Then simulation and optimization of procurement business based on Petri netis done. For Collaborative Parts Delivering Process model, choosing time cycle asparameter, simulating the old delivery process, and analyzing the result todiagnose the process. In the old process, delivery cycle is too long, uncertainty isgreat, and also it is easy to go awry for bills of document. Based on these result, anew business process is put forward. In the new process, parellel steps are addedto replace the serial steps, execution efficiency is improved in a great degree.
