In the new century, we are involved in a quickly developing era of the new economy. Technology is developing quickly and lifestyle is changing greatly in this era. Because of the technology of Internet and e-commerce, property management is turning complicated and scientific. Comparing with traditional residents, new generation of householders have stronger consuming capacities, higher living taste and pay more attention to enjoy high living quality, so they have more intensive consciousness of property consumption and require a better brand for the service of property management. At meantime, with the development of specialized and market-based character of property management, there will be more challenges and shock in this industry. Property management enterprises should formulate a long-term plan and make a concrete corporate strategy in order to adapt the conditions of the new economy.My research object is DA Property Management Company. I make use of some modern analysis tools for strategic management such as the External Factors Evaluation Matrix and Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix. With the help of these tools, I deeply analyze the external environment and internal resource, quantify the important influencing factors, and implement the SWOT analysis. Based on the results of analysis, I work out the corporate strategy for the long range development of this firm. I also utilize competitive strategy theory of Michael Porter and some other analysis tools to formulate the competitive strategy to fit this industry including some concrete functional strategies design the strategic evaluating system and choose the concrete indicators. On the basis of these indicators, I evaluate the result of the implement of the strategy with the tools of balance scorecard, and correct the mistake in the implement course.In my thesis, I combine the theories with practical data, employ the tools of qualitative analysis method and quantitative calculation, design the strategy and evaluate measures of strategy executions. I hope it will be help for the DA Company.
