Research On The Related Issue About The Development Of Material Circulation Operation In China Railway Eighth Civil Engineering Group Cooperation Chengdu Bridge Factory

Enterprise restructure is an important strategic task for a nation. How to optimize industry structure is the main issue that enterprise principals should take into account. This paper does strategic research on the development of material circulation by the action of the factory restructure in Chengdu Bridge Factory.Doing research on the enterprise restructure and the design of the material circulation, this thesis puts forward systemically the system and outline of the activity of material circulation according to the administrative functions and process. This paper presents detailedly the blueprint of factory restructure, and the found of Chengdu Hongmao Material Circulation Co., Ltd which is propelled by the factory restructure in Chengdu Bridge Factory. Through the study of management theories and the combination of practical position in the factory and the usage of SWOT analytical method, the author analyses the inner advantages and outer threat of the Chengdu Hongmao Material Circulation Co., Ltd and puts forward the exercisable operation strategies which include the followings: firstly, to adjust and set the organization institution of Chengdu Hongmao Material Circulation Co., Ltd scientifically and reasonably, secondly, to reconstruct the existing material circulation resources of the factory, thirdly, to strengthen the connection of local government.
