Study On Railway Construction Enterprise With Modern Enterprise System

At the end of 20th century, railway construction enterprise in our country has been reformed, and established modem enterprise system. However, modern enterprise system had much deep contradiction and problem which must be regulated recently. With these contradiction and problem, it is urgent for railway construction enterprise to resolve these question and to regulate rapidly.At the third meeting of CCP's No. 16 plenary meeting, decision read that we should adapt to the rapidly developing tendency, to enhance the public system economic, and to develop the mixed ownership economic including state own capital, collectiveness capital and non-state-own capital. Then we can realize the requirement that investor become many faceted, and make the joint-stock company system become one of main public ownership mode. Especially, the theory of establishing modern enterprise property rights system has been put forward, which contributes to the railway construction enterprise establishing modern enterprise system.In this paper, the author looked into railway construction enterprise in our country establishing modern enterprise system in particular. Firstly, the paper analyzes the problem of railway construction enterprise establishing modern enterprise system. Secondly, the paper expounds the reason and factor of why cause these problems, and puts forward the step and countermeasure. In the end, the author discusses the problem of how to reform its property rights system for railway construction enterprise including MBO and ESOP.
