With economy in transition and society in tromsformation, the power from the economic structure reform is making a Large number of farmers extricte themselves from dependence on farming Land and enter cities to seek new jobs and life. However, during the course of rural laborers' flow, they are still faced with various restrictive factors.The problem of employment information is one of the factors they are facing directly.With regret many rural migrants sigh and say, "No unblocked employment information, no job opportunity。"So studying the problem of job-seeking information of rural migrants and putting forward proper measures to solve it will contribute to better employment in cities for rural laborers and to faster urbanization for our country.About the sources of rural migrants'job information, present studies mainly focus on social relations such as their relatives, fellow villagers, friends etc., and offer explanations in view of macro-culture and system background. However, a more substantial and more fundamental problem which has been overlooked by scholars is the Unequal state of rural migrants in possessing job information resources. Because of low qualification caused by unequal education , binary system settings between urban area and rural area , and lack of standardized channels of message transmission , rural migrant laborers can not get information resources equally. and have to depend on social relation network for the information . This traditional means of getting information seems more helpful to them.This article is divided into four parts. In part one, the author mainly raises questions. By reviewing current research documents, introducing research meanings and basic theories, and putting forward hypothesis, this part foreshadows the spreading of the research. In part two, based on the use of questionnaires and combining personal interviews, the author analyzes with substantial evidences the state of information resources possessed by rural migrants and its causes, and then comes to a conclusion...
