The Research Of Resources Exhausted Cities' Unemployment Problem

Recently, the economy of our nation is developing by leaps and bounds. At the same time, the economy of resources exhausted cities attracts our attention. The development problem of society becomes serious, especially the unemployment. We should think highly of it. A few statistics shows us that there are 118 resources exhausted cities. But 30 cities of them are facing exhausted resources . So the unemployment in those kinds of cities have not only been affecting the development of national economy, but also it has influenced the stabilization of society and politics. Thus, the author of this thesis based on the collected large quantity of theories on western unemployment . There are also lots of data on how to solve this problem in resources exhausted cities home and abroad. Analyzing the features and sources, the author figured out the feasible steps to solve this problem referring to theory and fact. As the emphasis of this thesis , the author made a study of Early Warning System of Unemployment for resources exhausted cities in Chapter Six ,moreover, according to the data of Fuxin , the author offered the study of facts for unemployment in Fuxin.
