The Research On Supply Chain Partnership Risk

In 21 century, as the application of Supply Chain Management, all riskstook emergence. The supply chain was low-efficiency and failed by these risks,especially partnership risk, aroused by unascertained factors.This thesis studies on the supply chain partnership risk (SCPR) and riskdecision-making. Based on the analysis of the current situation of supply chainpartnership (SCP), the author expatiates the theories about SCPR.On the basisof theses theories, a analysis on SCPR has been made and a model on riskassessment has been established. Further more, the author studies the system ofrisk avoid .At last, based on the risk assessment model, the author makes riskassessment and risk district segmentation in a enterprise to provide theevidence on risk decision-making.
