An Analysis Of Benefit And Risk In Supply Chain

Supply Chain (SC) plays an important role on the future marketing competition. It can bring great benefit for enterprises. Nevertheless, it may incur various risks to enterprise. At present, there are lack of systematic and special study on the benefit and risk in SC. In this paper, we make the research trying to analyze the above-mentioned problems.The paper includes five parts. (1) The SC and SCM. We firstly introduce the origin, development and basic conception of the SC and SCM. (2) The benefit analysis of the SC. We discuss the benefit structure of the SC and the detailed benefits for every node; Analyze the benefit opposition phenomenon and the realization of the Pareto Optimality of the whole benefit; Discuss how the SC cooperates with the value chain; Conduct the economic analysis of the benefit headspring and the Optimality; Analyze the information asymmetry and the game problem; Then, we put forward the principles how the SC distributes its benefits. (3) The risk analysis and prevention. We focus on the risk analysis and risk evaluation based on the risk theory, and then bring forward the measures how to prevent the risk. (4) The study of the benefit-risk coordination mechanism. We study the hindering factors and the management means; Then study the benefit-risk coordination mechanism by the cybernetics and contract theory, Therefore we discuss the mechanism of the contract, Zonta collaborate, conflict management and interior correspond, and build a series of mathematics models. (5) Empirical study. Finally, we carry out the empirical study in view of the success of SCM in HP, and try to make the research more practical.In the paper, the main creative points as follows:(1) We make deep research into the subject, object, medium of the benefit and their relationship in SC.(2) We analyze the issue of the benefit optimality which relates to the system, game theory and information economic, and explain the principle of the Pareto Optimality of the whole benefit in SC.(3) Based on the analyses of the risk factors in SC, we evaluate the risk by employing fuzziness comprehensive evaluation. Then we bring forward the forecast model of the BP neural network.(4) We make comprehensive study on the benefit-risk coordination mechanism. And discuss some mathematic models and its practical effect on the SCM.
