supply chain management has become a hotspot for scholars since the 21st century.There is tight connection between these companies on supply chain, so the breakagethat risk bring to these companies is more severer than to common company. Supplychain risk has became the important obstacles of supply chain management, broughttremendous harm to each corporation on supply chain and holds back supply chainfunction and development. So the supply Chain Risk problem has became theimportant and obvious one in supply chain management and get more and moreattentions.How to know and treat Supply Chain Risk, what are factors for producing it, howit transfers in the supply chain, what kinds of danger it causes, how to quantify them,what measures we should take to reduce them etc., are all problems that are worthstudying. This article discusses these problems from quantitative and qualitativeaspects.The following are the primary work and achievements of this paper:1.This paper fist qualitatively introduces concept, character, factors,sort and analysisof Supply Chain Risk, and then bring forward some measures to minish SupplyChain Risk.2.then this paper quantitatively describes Supply Chain Risk by mathematic methodand risk variables by value and probability of loss. Supply Chain Risk variable is getby regress of risk variables of node corporations on supply chain, then Supply ChainRisk will be measured according to single common enterprise risk criterion. Theseworks are base for further research.3. this paper discusses the risk transfer in supply chain, debates the individual risktransfer in two node supply chain under different ripple effects. Through research, wecan see that importance of node corporations and magnitude of risk that nodecorporations have both have effects on risk transfer. It can minish Supply Chain Riskthat risk shifts from important node corporation with large risk to unimportant nodecorporation with poor risk.4. Finally, this paper brings risk into the supplier selection criterions, looks thesupply of supplier union as a supply variable ,defines variance of the variable assupply chain risk, then selects the supplier union so that variance of supplyvariable is minimum and the expected value is excess the demand ofmanufacturer. Through selection in three suppliers which supply amount andsupply probability are different, we gets that manufacturer prefers supplier withhigh supply probability and low supply amount.
