The Dynamic Character Research On Supply Chain Partnership

It is crucial to establish high efficient and stable partner relationship for the enterprises in supply chain obtaining permanent competitive advantage in current intense market competition. In practice, however, the frustration rate of partnership remains high because of various obstacles existing among member enterprises and improper partnership management. According to an investigation, the frustration rate has reached 50%~60% in our country, partner relationship is serious lack of stability and durability. The unexpected halt of partnership will throw the logistics, capital flow and information flow of supply chain off balance and break away the production flow from which the supply chain will suffer huge loss.The partnership isn't unalterable, it is in the state of constant movement, the dynamic state and variable state of partnership is not only one of the most prominent characters but also the difficulty of partnership management. However the grope for partnership management including the choice of cooperative partners, the foundation of partnership and the appraisement of partnership as we know are still on the stage of static analysis, that is to say, they put emphasize on ex-ante precautions and ex-post conflict resolution and ignore managing and controlling on the collaborative process in the viewpoint of dynamic and variability which results in the inefficiency of partnership. So, in this paper we begin with the dynamic state of the partnership, discuss the partner relationship comprehensively and deeply.After analyzing the affecting factor and performing of partnership movement, we drawlessons from the celestial body orbit theory in universe and set up a new model-supplychain celestial body orbit model to have a dynamic analysis on partnership. This model can not only reappear a systemic, direct and vivid supply chain system but also quantify the dynamic movement process by acting force calculating which can disclosure the inherent law of movement among partner enterprises. This theory system will help the core enterprise in supply chain to master the movement trend of partnership and take corresponding measures to ensure supply chain run smoothly; it will help the member enterprises to learn it's position in supplychain competition and take the better struggling plan. This system make up the deficiency of current studies and have important theory and realistic significance.
