This thesis analyzes the reasons for Chinsese enterprises choosingmulti-operation strategies, and points out the risks that multi-operation willface with. It also points out that enterprises should boost the multi-operationon the base of core competence, and starting with the essence of corecompetence, the article has set up an index system for evaluating enterprise'score competence. Furthermore, the paper has also utilized the fuzzycompositive evaluating model for quantificational analysis on corecompetence.Secondly, the article states the relationship betweenenterprise's core competence and the multi-operation in detail, thatis, the multi-operation should be focused on core competence andthe multi-operation can accelerate the development of corecompetence.Thirdly, the paper has also analyzed some factors whichenterprises should consider when they choose multi-operationstrategies. After that, the paper sets up a practical model for themulti-operation strategy based on core competence, and it furtherstudies how to foster core competence and the entry ways formulti-operation strategy.Finally, taking Gelanshi as an example, the paper analyzesmulti-operation strategy and sums up Gelanshi's successfulexperience in multi-operation development based on corecompetence, and some conclusions are also drawn according to thedemonstration analysis.
