The Model Of Core Competence Of Enterprises And Applied Research

The strong power of "Core Competence of enterprises" has been accepted and implemented at both academic and practical approach in market competition of new era. In new era, the competition of enterprises is the competition of "Core Competence of enterprises" . With our country into WTO, and the communion of enterprises, the economic globalization will sweep the market of China. In this situation, the enterprises of China only cultivate the core competences of themselves, can they grow and become stronger in the future.Improving enterprise's competing advantage and constructing its core competence are necessary step for the modern enterprises. It is very important direction that the core competence of enterprises was scientific evaluated in the process of cultivating and constructing. From the concepts of core competence, it was endued with a new view in this paper. In the base of this view, an evaluative method was put forward the core competence of modern enterprises. For explaining the operational process of this method, two fictitious enterprises were evaluated by the method in the last part of this paper.In this paper, I attempted to discuss the immanent meaning from a new point of view, and expected these researchs may offer some beneficial enlightenment for the enterprises of our country in the market competition.
