Study On Cultivated Land Sustainable Use In Shanxi

From the point of sustainable development, the paper starts with conception and content of sustainable land use at the base of sustainable development, through the background analysis of cultivated land sustainable use in China and Shanxi .The paper explains the reality and urgency of developing cultivated land sustainable use with sustainable development and illustrate the problem and cause which exist in current cultivated land sustainable use. Second, for measuring reasonability of cultivated land sustainable use, this paper put forward and designs evaluation system, method and index system of cultivated land sustainable use in Shanxi, the system includes the equilibrium in quantity and the sustainable use in quality. Finally, on the basis of the index system, several useful and workable measure and suggestion were put forward to solve cultivated land problem of Shanxi, the cultivated land resources must be comprehensively used, and the agricultural structure must be readjusted. Second, urban land must be intensively utilized, the town and township enterprises and the villages must be rationally planned and distributed, and so on.
