Human Capital And Enterprise Institution Change

In the 21st century, the pace of the knowledge economy substituting the industry economy is irresistible. It is the necessity of historical development and a result of the progress of mankind. The development of the knowledge economy impels enterprises to combine resources relying mainly on knowledge, information and technology. This kind of merger must bring the change of enterprise institution and question the existing enterprise institution. Facing the challenge, with the angle of positive analysis, the thesis looks back footprints of change of enterprise institution, analyzes the reason of change of enterprise institution and attempts to find out our own answer for this question. The thesis thinks that the different characteristic of human capital property right and non-human capital property right and contrast of negotiation strength of both sides are the most important factors that determine arrangement of enterprise institution. In the two factors, the different characteristic of capital property right is relatively stable; negotiation strength of both sides changes with the change of technology and market condition and it is the basic factor that impels enterprise institution to change. By analyzing the influence of technology and market condition of different historical periods on negotiation strength of both sides, our thesis explains the reason of the forming of specific enterprise institution and the reason of institution change. From the analysis on the change course of enterprise institution, the thesis announces the inevitable trend that the administration structure based on human capital turns to the administration structure based on non-human capital.
