The Study On Comprehensive Management Mode And Management Countermeasure Of Typical Coastal Zone

Coastal zone is an intermediate region which links two natural elements: ocean and land. With unique environmental structure and various natural resources, coastal zone has become an area where society and economy develop concentratively. But with vulnerable ecosystem due to strong dynamic property of coastal zone, human development may hinder or destroy the self-adaption state of coastal zone at a certain extent, and threaten the native fragile coastal environment. So the comprehensive management of coastal zone became very important and became a tool to promote the sustainable development of coastal areas. With developing of modern science and technology, the theory and method applied to the management of coastal zone multiply. Based on the typical coastal zone region Tianjin, This paper investigate the comprehensive management against the coastal zone severely influenced by human activity from the following aspects.Firstly, the basic conception and developing process of comprehensive management of coastal zone is introduced, and the reason of Tianjin coastal zone selected as the subjects investigated is represented.Secondly, based on the specific analyzing of Tianjin coastal zone, its comprehensive management status is evaluated. The management of Tianjin coastal zone must aim at sustainable development, and execute variously comprehensive management.Thirdly, based on the method of systematic analysis, the composition of coastal-zone system and the relationship between sub-systems is analyzed, and the conceptual model of comprehensive management system about coastal zone is proposed.
