Study On The Tourism Management Model Of The Eastern Coastal Zone In Shandong Province Under Integrated Management

In the course of tourism development and management, there are two pairs of contradiction: exploitation and protection of tourism resource, management and development of tourism resource. Tourism resource is the base of tourism development and its quality is directly connected with the tourism industry of the whole area. Whether tourism resources are utilized sustainably or not directly influences the sustainable development of tourism industry in the whole area. Excessive utilization, waste, destruction, and irrational management of tourism resource not only seriously destroy the tourism resource itself, but also fluctuate the foundation of tourism industry in the whole area, which will make the sustainable development of tourism industry impossible. There are abundant natural tourism resources and humanistic tourism resources with higher quality in the eastern coastal zone in Shandong Province, which provides a stable base for the development of tourism industry. In recent years, quite great achievements have been gained in the tourism industry and the management of tourism resources. At the same time, however, there still remain a lot of serious problems in the management of tourism resources, which influence further development of tourism industry. Aimming at kinds of problems which appear in the course of tourism development and management, the thesis has analyzed their reasons and managed to establish the tourism management model under ICZM according with the fact of the eastern coastal zone in Shandong Province. The whole thesis includes seven parts: (1) The first part is introduction. At first it introduces the research significance, then makes an analysis on the current research status of home and abroad by consulting literature and finally shows the research methods and technique route. (2) The second part explains many concepts such as coastal zone, the eastern coastal zone in Shandong Province, ICZM and so on, and analyzes the interrelationship between CZTM (Coastal Zone Tourism Management) and ICZM. Then it generally evaluates the tourism resources of the eastern coastal zone in Shandong Province. Finally, it introduces the development situation of tourism management in the eastern coastal area in the recent years in three aspects: development situation of tourism resources, improvement situation of tourism environment and development situation of tourism administration.
