Plutonomy Observations Of Government's Function Transform And Anti-corruption

It is an important component in economic system reform of the whole socialist market to change government's function. For over 20 years ,we have already made great achievement in transition of the function of our government, but with continuation deepening of reform, compare with further improvement of socialist market demanding, shady limitations come out and corruption breeds and spreads gradually.This text is based on theories of the relation about the government and market in Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, also combines several thoughts about transforming the government functions of Chinese and foreign scholars properly.Under perfecting the realistic background of the socialist market economy system and guidance of spirit of 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China., the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee, 16 the Fourth Plenary Session of the Barty Central Committee,the text mainly explains function mechanism, limitation and relation between the government and market, studies the effect of transforming the government functions of our country and the problem exists; introduces common methods and enlightenments of foreign advanced experience; analyses that the costs and incomes of the government, corruption, anti-corruption, relationship between changing government's function and anti-corruption; and puts forward several suggestions on improvement of the ability of administration.
