At present, our country is in the social transformation period, and the social transformation has become the macro-background for study. The social transformation and political participation influence each other. Following the promotion of the social transformation, the countryside has changed greatly, and peasants' non-institution political participation also demonstrates a extended trend.This thesis is based on the theory of social transformation and political participation. Through consulting a large amount of relevant documents and random interviews in the rural society, and combining the relevant knowledge of sociology and political science, it focuses on the core concept 'non-institutionalized political participation', and systematically and overall sets forth typical manifestation, the contributing factors and trends of rural non-institution political participation during the transformation period. The article deeply discusses how to bring peasants' non-institution participation into the institutional system frame. It is a systematic and long process to make the peasants' political participation institutionalized and this process not only need perfect the participating system, but also need carry on the construction of the environment of system, and also need the basic-level-government and peasant to promote themselves.
