Research On Cooperation Relationship Of Supply Chain

Globalization of economy has greatly changed the competition environment. Traditional competition relationship between enterprises is faced with flinty challenge since complicated and changeful market requirement. In the new century, the competition is between different supply chains instead of enterprises. For the enterprises which are in supply chain, they need to build up cooperation relationship, through it enhance coordination management and construct competition predominance. So as an important part of supply chain management, the cooperation relationship plays a vital role that influences the stabilization of supply chain and the improvement of holistic competition ability.Firstly, according to supply chain and its characteristics, the thesis advances the characteristic and principles of supply chain cooperation and then analyzes its significance. Through the first step's, according to it analyzes the cooperation status and problems among enterprises in China. We can find the factors which affect supply chain cooperation relationship, and analyze them with AHP in order to find out the key factors. Thirdly, aiming at the problems that each key factor may produce, namely the key problem, the author have made out the resolving methods. The thesis mainly introduces mode which resolve adverse selection and moral hazard problems because of the information asymmetry. Based on principal-agent theory it lays emphasis on introducing stimulant model which solves adverse selection and moral hazard and narrating some methods of benefit allocation. The thesis compares the strong point and disadvantage of 3 methods and adopts an improved colony barycenter model to try to resolve the problem of benefit allocation. At last, based on those factors, the thesis presents several methods to improve the Cooperation relationship of supply chain.
