Heilongjiang Institute of Petrochemistry(HIP) was established initially in 1962, which main function is transformation of scientific findings, researching of high-tech chemistry products, and training of innovation personnel. After 40 years construction, Heilongjiang Institute of Petrochemistry(HIP) scores phased achievements. It makes a contribution to adjustment of industrial structure and provincial economy development. Meanwhile, with the arrival of WTO, the internal and external environment of Heilongjiang Institute of Petrochemistry(HIP) will take place a series of changes. It will face a series of problems and tests.
