| This paper carries out a thorough research in some critical problems from the optimization of the supporting systematic resources on the teaching in military academies. The paper also illustrates and analyzes the concepts about the optimization of the supporting systematic resources on the teaching in military academies as well as evaluation, combining with practical situation of our military academies and their teaching supporting development. The paper analyzes the basic concepts of the teaching support of the MAs, the running of such a system and features and faults of it. A concept of teaching supporting systematic resources is presented, which well explains three important ones of the resources—financial resource, material resource and manpower resource. A principle and method to optimize the teaching supporting system of MAs is also presented. There is a thorough analysis of the estimation concepts and problems due to the optimization of the resources. Based on these and an overall estimation theory, a system of estimation criterion is designed. An estimation model on the teaching supporting capability in MAs is also set up. Thus a reasonable and scientific estimation on the reality of the supporting systematic resources on the teaching in military academies and outcome of the optimization of the Teaching Supporting Systematic Resources is made possible. The external conditions to affect the efficiency of Teaching Support are also under research and analysis. Finally, the paper gives us a systemized, comprehensive, and feasible set of steps on the resources optimization, which can be applied to the work of the Optimization of the resources of the teaching supporting system, and be helpful for the policy-making departments to optimize and improve the overall teaching supporting systems in MAs, make sure the whole system is in its highest efficiency and provide a powerful technical and material support to the education in MAs; and enhance the quality of education in MAs.
