Study Of Occupation Safety And Health Management System Of TGHP

China's economy now is highly developing, but the occupation safety and health management which reflects social civilization and progress is far behind the step of economic development. A safe production environment and a good occupation safety condition is the important premise to promote social economy development. To carry out the scientific method of occupation safety and health management system is the need of global economic integration, is the need of WTO rule, is the need of continuous development of enterprises. Because the special production process and technical character of hydropower plants, there are so many unsafe factors and occupation harm factors in operation management process. Along with the completion and initial utilization of the second period of Three Gorges, the comprehensive benefit of Three Gorges project has emerged. As the operation management unit of the project, TGHP, must set up the system of occupation safe and health management as soon as possible, must study and solve the key problems of it, must reduce the environment disadvantages in the operation of the project, so as to tamp the management foundation to establish the first class of international hydropower plants. Base on the production environment of TGHP, this article study and evaluate the set up, operation and main character of its'occupation safety and health management system. Base on the study of significant risk management method and key technical method, we try to improve the level of occupation safety and health management, we try to form a self-management and self –consummate system of systematical and structural occupation safety and health. The main advantage of this article is as following: 1. While the global occupation safety and health management is continuously innovated, the happen frequency of our country's occupation accidents, occupation illness and vital accidents is very high, the situation of occupation safety and health management is very serious. The integration of market economy and global economy promotes the integration of the standards of occupation safety and health management. In order to be the first class of international enterprises, TGHP must set up and put into operation the occupation safety and health management system. 2. Combining with the setting up and initial operation of occupation safety and health management system of TGHP, we check, analyze and study the main characters of it. 3. Analysis the theory of risk control applying in the occupation safety and health system, According to the system operation condition and the initial benefit that acquired in TGHP. We point out the propose for improve and perfection。4. Combining with the vital risk list, we establish the management method and study the key technical problems of production process. 5. The vibration problem of the powerhouse structure which caused by vibration recourse of waterpower is the main problem of occupation safety and health of great hydropower plants. Combining with the operation at changing load and at full load of commission of unit 7 of the left bank of Three Gorges, we checked many checking point of the powerhouse structure, analyze the principle of vibration fountain, evaluate the vibration safety of the powerhouse structure. We initially evaluate the effect to the health of working people and working efficiency and we offer suggestion to reduce the vibration.
